About the Role

As part of its next funding round (5th generation), the management company is strengthening its teams and is looking for an Investment Analyst.

Responsibilities

Within the Buy-out investment team, the Analyst will be involved in the entire investment process:

• Participate in deal flow development and actively monitor it
• Examine, analyze, and qualify investment opportunities, primarily in Europe
• Contribute to the analysis of strategic healthcare sub-sectors and the identification of priority investment themes
• Actively research and identify new investment opportunities
• Perform financial analyses (modeling, business plans, valuations)
• Participate in due diligence processes until the finalization of transactions, in coordination with internal teams and external advisors
• Contribute to the monitoring and analysis of portfolio companies
• Conduct strategic analyses of key segments and participate in the development of associated investment theses and strategies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a top business school (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, emlyon, EDHEC…) or a leading university (Sciences Po, Paris-Dauphine, equivalent)
• A Pharm.D degree is a plus
• Significant first professional experience (long internship or permanent contract) in Private Equity, M&A, Strategy Consulting, or Transaction Services
