Designation: Analyst- Cybersecurity

Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Location: Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities: • Vendor Risk Assessment Support, Collect, review, and validate third-party documentation, including policies, certifications, and risk assessment questionnaires. • Support preliminary risk scoring and ensure accurate, timely data entry within Dovers TPRM systems. • Monitoring & Record Keeping, Maintain complete, current, and accurate vendor records to ensure visibility into assessment status and outcomes. Prepare concise reports and summaries for stakeholders to support informed decision-making. Issue Identification & Escalation. Track identified vendor risk issues, coordinate remediation plans, and report status updates. Escalate unresolved, high-risk, or time sensitive issues to senior analysts and management in accordance with escalation protocols. • Compliance & Policy Adherence, ensure all activities adhere to internal policies, standards, and requirements. Contribute to ongoing training efforts and process improvement initiatives. 5: Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination, serve as the point of contact for vendors to facilitate document collection, clarification, and follow-up. Partner with procurement, legal, and compliance to support efficient and compliant workflows.

Must Have Skills: • Experience in risk management, compliance, audit, cyber security, or vendor management, preferably within a global organization. Fortune 500 and/or manufacturing experience are a plus. Relevant internship experience will be considered. • Bachelors degree in risk management, information security, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience (5+ years) in lieu of a degree. Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline. • Working knowledge of industry frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF 2.0, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls). Solid understanding of risk principles and regulatory frameworks. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with TPRM platforms is a plus.
