Team & Responsibilities

The Employees commitment analyst will report to the compensation and benefits director, and the Employees commitment manager, under the supervision of the human resources department.

The role of the Employees commitment team is to manage all aspects related to Employees commitment administration.

  • Type of contract: Fixed-term contract (CDD) - 6 months
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Position Location: 66 Rue Pierre Charron, 75008 Paris

Responsibilities

  • Assistance in activities related to managed funds (transfers, subscriptions, share redemptions, updating and keeping records, CRS/FATCA declarations)
  • Update of KYC information
  • Support in monitoring employee leavers: preparation of corresponding transfer orders
  • Participation in the general administration of the eFront database: maintenance of shareholder data to guarantee the completeness and accuracy of the information recorded
  • Monitoring and operational processing of fund activities: subscriptions, capital calls
  • Follow-up on allocation payments
  • Filing and archiving of originals: contracts and movement orders

Profile

  • Master's degree in finance with a focus on corporate finance and/or accounting and/or finance and/or administration; minimum 2 years of higher education; end-of-study internship.
  • Experience: an internship in auditing and/or accounting and/or asset management company and/or custodian banks would be highly appreciated.
  • Knowledge of an accounting ERP and/or a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) module is a plus.
