Job Description

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Analyst, Jabil located in Raynham, MA OR New Brunswick NJ OR West Chester PA.

Job Overview

The Analyst, Jabil (Supply Chain & Ops, Procurement) supports procurement and supply chain operations for externally manufactured products, with a primary focus on the Jabil manufacturing partnership. This role provides analytical, operational, and coordination support to ensure supplier performance, continuity of supply, and alignment with DePuy Synthes operational objectives. The position offers strong exposure to global supply chain operations, cross-functional collaboration, and contract manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support procurement and supply chain activities related to externally manufactured products, with a focus on the Jabil partnership.
• Analyze supplier performance data (cost, delivery, quality, capacity) and prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for stakeholders.
• Assist with supplier management activities, including issue tracking, corrective actions, and followup on performance commitments.
• Support contract administration, pricing updates, and purchase order management in accordance with procurement policies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Quality, Finance, and Engineering teams to support production continuity and operational execution.
• Help identify supply risks and support mitigation planning, including inventory analysis and demand/supply alignment.
• Maintain accurate procurement and supplier records within enterprise systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to cost productivity, lead times, and supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or a related field

Experience and Skills

Required:

• Typically 0-2 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or a related analytical role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop clear, actionable insights
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard business reporting tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based, cross-functional environment

Preferred:

• Internship or early career experience supporting supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing operations
• Exposure to contract manufacturing or supplier-facing roles
• Experience working with ERP or procurement systems (e.g., SAP or similar platforms)
• Familiarity with basic supply chain concepts such as demand planning, inventory management, or supplier performance metrics
• Interest in developing a career in procurement or supply chain operations

Other:

• Languages: English required
• Travel: Limited, up to approximately 10% (primarily domestic)
• Certifications: Supply Chain or Procurement certifications (e.g., APICS, CPSM, CIPS) preferred but not required

Compensation

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $65,000.00 - $104,650.00

Additional Information on Benefits

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program. Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

• Vacation - 120 hours per calendar year
• Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado - 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - 56 hours per calendar year
• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - 13 days per calendar year
• Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
• Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
• Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
• Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
