Campaign Analyst

Role Summary

We are looking for a Campaign Analyst with strong experience in campaign management, list management, and SQL/SAS based campaign execution. The role involves end-to-end campaign implementation with marketing stakeholders to ensure high-quality campaign delivery.

Required Skillset

• Strong knowledge of campaign management and list management
• Proficiency in SQL and SAS mandatory
• Ability to analyze complex queries and datasets
• Good understanding of database concepts
• Knowledge of banking concepts is preferred

Technology Requirements

• SQL
• SAS
• Experience with cloud data platforms preferred
• Experience in querying tools such as TOAD
• Exposure to Snowflake Snowsight added advantage

Experience

• 4 years of relevant experience in campaign management

Preferred Campaign Tools (Any One)

• Matillion ETL or GUI based pipeline tools
• Adobe Campaign
• Unica
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with marketers to understand campaign objectives
• Good understanding of analyzing the complex query is a must
• Knowledge of database concepts is must
• Knowledge of banking concepts is must
• Understand the requirement and build RDD
• Build and run campaigns using SQL in SAS platform
• Understand list selection criteria
• Apply proper campaign specific exclusions
• Create send waterfall reports for approval
• Perform quality check and ensure quality in campaign implementation
• Coordinate with clients and prepare a list for all campaigns
• Supervise effective implementation of marketing campaigns
• Analyze campaigns and provide recommendations
• Prepare appropriate campaign reports
• Monitor inventories for all campaigns daily and ensure client satisfaction in all activities
• Participate in all calls related to campaigns
