As a Quantitative Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co., you will be utilizing your quantitative background to contribute to innovative financial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Applying knowledge of probability theory, statistics, mathematical finance, econometrics, and numerical methods
- Demonstrating expertise in the finance industry, particularly in modeling for valuation, risk, capital, forecasting, and investment management
- Participating in model validation and/or model development activities
- Exhibiting strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Showcasing project management and organizational abilities, including multitasking and meeting deadlines
- Working independently with remote supervision
- Having a risk and control mindset, including the ability to ask incisive questions, assess materiality, and escalate issues
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Maths, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Quant Finance, or related fields
- Experience in model validation and/or model development is preferred
