We are currently seeking an experienced Analyst (PERE) to join our client’s growing team in Frankfurt.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong analytical capabilities and a solid foundation in financial modelling who are looking to further develop their career within the Private Equity Real Estate space.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain complex financial models for real estate and investment transactions
Support investment analysis, valuation, and due diligence processes
Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and market analyses
Work closely with senior investment professionals on live transactions and portfolio management activities

Key Requirements

Minimum 1 year of full-time professional experience within PERE, Investment Banking, Real Estate, Private Equity, or a related field
Strong and proven financial modelling skills
Excellent analytical and quantitative capabilities
High attention to detail and strong work ethic
Fluency in German and English
