Responsibilities

  • Preparation of a data correction work plan
  • Gather all static data for the company's ERP
  • Enter, update, verify consistency, and control data quality
  • Categorize data for optimal exploitation
  • Create and update data management manuals
  • Participate in the creation of a data quality analysis system
  • Analyze existing simple data and search for data discrepancies
  • Model and ensure regular updates of the database
  • Physically travel to see users (build trust and better understand constraints)
  • Support users in using ERP data

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of analytical techniques and tools (statistics and data mining)
  • Knowledge of query languages like SQL
  • Knowledge of information and data systems: ERP (understand the data mapping of a system)
  • Proficiency in office tools, especially analytical ones (Excel, macro…)
  • Knowledge of production and supply chain processes and the role of data in these processes
  • Ability to obtain necessary information from various internal departments and external contacts
  • Ability to present data results
  • Ability to manage short-term projects
  • Knowledge of business flow management tools (Visio / Draw.io)
  • English level B1 (technical)
  • Knowledge of planning techniques
  • Knowledge of programming/analysis languages
  • Knowledge in change management
  • Ability to train employees on the role of data in the company and make them understand its importance
  • Ability to translate process information into data
