What we will accomplish together

Within a large, regulated enterprise, you will play a key role in overseeing IT Asset Management (ITAM) governance, risk, and control activities.

Your work will focus on ensuring accurate IT asset inventories, strong control design, regulatory compliance, and effective risk mitigation across the full asset lifecycle.

Your mission (should you choose to accept it!)

As an IT Asset Management Risk and Control Analyst (Level 4), you will be responsible for leading ITAM governance, risk, and control activities.

You will work across technology, security, risk, and audit teams to ensure robust controls, audit readiness, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Oversee ITAM standards, controls, and governance processes firm-wide
• Identify gaps between ITAM controls, policies, and procedures
• Assess ITAM-related risks and control dependencies
• Design, implement, and enhance ITAM controls with control owners
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (ISO, NIST, COBIT)
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and lifecycle controls
• Coordinate internal and external ITAM audits and regulatory requests
• Prepare governance materials, reports, and audit evidence
• Communicate clearly across technology, security, and risk stakeholders

You

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in ITAM risk, controls, audits, or compliance within large, regulated organizations
• Strong knowledge of ITAM best practices, security controls, and risk frameworks
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory reviews
• Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred

• Master’s degree in IT or related field
• CITAM or similar certification
• Experience with asset discovery tools, configuration management, and control testing
• Background in large, global enterprises
