About the Role

The Financial Analysis is a result-oriented professional who will work collaboratively across the business to drive prospective analysis, insight, and strategic projects to improve profitability. This position is reporting to the Finance Director.The position will be responsible for building budget, revised forecasts and demand signal evaluation. The Financial Analyst is also responsible to provide financial analyses for key projects, risks, and opportunities (cost savings projects, working capital improvement, sell-out insights, contribution margin, etc.) while deploying and maintaining controlling activities & reporting activities.

Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Monitor quarterly revised forecast process
• Monitor budget process
• Improve Balance sheet forecasting (especially inventory & cash)
• Build monthly comments against plan/metrics to understand the drivers of our result
• Participate in monthly closing and reporting process

Business controlling:

• Develop models that help with the decision making process of senior management
• Contribution margins
• Chargebacks and rebates
• Freight cost optimization
• Price, volume and mix effects
• Impact of currencies fluctuation on our business
• Build accurate and complete demand signals with supply chain team
• Sell-out analysis and business trends to drive sales/best practices with our major partners and sales members
• Leverage on IT/tools to optimize reports and automatization

Working Capital:

• Inventory cost analysis
• Inventory rotation and Excess inventory monitoring
• Cash flow forecast
• Open-to-buy
