Business Analysts CFAO

About

For a leading industrial company in the luxury sector, we are looking for several Business Analysts CFAO within the digital transformation core systems division for industrial activities. You will be responsible for the functional management of a scope related to either quality and control (CAI) or digital design and engineering (CAD). You will ensure the interface between business needs and IT solutions, while guaranteeing the consistency of the digital chain for product development.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and formalize business needs in the CAI or CAD domains.
• Support business units in defining their processes and propose suitable solutions.
• Identify and recommend software solutions consistent with the IT strategy, continuity, and performance of the digital chain throughout the product development cycle.
• Manage evolutions in conjunction with external publishers and partners.
• Ensure the operational maintenance of applications within your scope.
• Coordinate interactions with internal teams (infrastructure, security, network, client workstations).
• Participate in deployment and evolution projects for CFAO tools.
• Document processes, standards, and best practices.

Profile

• Engineering degree with a specialization in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or computer science.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management or support within an industrial environment.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following tools:
  • METROLOG (Metrologic Group) for CAI environments
  • CREO (PTC) for CAD environments
• Solid understanding of the challenges related to the product digital chain (PLM, data exchange).
• Experience in integrating software solutions into an IT/OT environment.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and rigor skills.
• Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders (business, IT, suppliers).
• Good level of English (minimum B2).
