About

You will be responsible for the financial analysis of national and international commercial offers supported by MBDA France. Within the team of 12 collaborators, your role will contribute to the future profitability of MBDA.

Responsibilities

• Identify the profitability of offers by analyzing quotes, co-operator offers, risks, opportunities, and cash profile.
• Present the offer approval file to MBDA's internal decision-making bodies.
• Support sales representatives in building their offers.
• Review contracts before their approval for the Business Contract Evaluation entity.
• Study the merits of unconfirmed orders (CNC).
• Develop product Business Cases, including relevant financial analyses.
• Participate in the International Strategic Business Plan (ISBP) for business within your scope.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation includes a fixed salary and additional individual elements (variable part for executives, seniority bonus and annual bonus for non-executives) as well as collective remuneration depending on company performance and results (profit-sharing, incentive).

Qualifications

• Master's degree (business school, engineering school, or equivalent university degree) in Finance.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial control and/or project management, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Good understanding of commercial issues and the dynamics of commercial negotiation.
• Knowledge of risk analysis methods, commercial law, project management methodologies, and financial calculations.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, autonomy, and responsiveness.
• Interpersonal skills and strong conviction.
• Very good level of English (TOEIC > 800).
