Role Overview

Reporting to the Director, Finance, Convenience (QC), the Senior Financial Analyst, Operations Support will act as a business partner in the renewal of purchasing agreements while providing operational support.

Key Focus Areas

• Key support in the renewal of over 700 purchasing agreements in Quebec.
• Key support in the financial follow-up of over 100 convenience stores in the cluster model in QC ($100M in sales and $10M in profit).
• Business partner in the renewal of purchasing agreements, providing support for operational decision-making.
• Key person for calculating annual rebates to be paid to our 700 merchants, managing multiple agreements and diverse specificities.
• Support by producing a purchasing loyalty report for the operations and merchandising teams.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets and financial projections.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in administration or equivalent.
• Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Expert level in Excel).
• Expertise in database structures.
• Knowledge of Longview and B/W software.
• Experience in the retail market is an asset.
• Analytical and structured thinking.
• Good communicator and able to simplify complex information.
