Role Overview
Reporting to the Director, Finance, Convenience (QC), the Senior Financial Analyst, Operations Support will act as a business partner in the renewal of purchasing agreements while providing operational support.
Key Focus Areas
- Key support in the renewal of over 700 purchasing agreements in Quebec.
- Key support in the financial follow-up of over 100 convenience stores in the cluster model in QC ($100M in sales and $10M in profit).
- Business partner in the renewal of purchasing agreements, providing support for operational decision-making.
- Key person for calculating annual rebates to be paid to our 700 merchants, managing multiple agreements and diverse specificities.
- Support by producing a purchasing loyalty report for the operations and merchandising teams.
- Support the preparation of annual budgets and financial projections.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in administration or equivalent.
- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Expert level in Excel).
- Expertise in database structures.
- Knowledge of Longview and B/W software.
- Experience in the retail market is an asset.
- Analytical and structured thinking.
- Good communicator and able to simplify complex information.
