Job Description

Manpower DIGITAL NANTES is looking for an Analyste fonctionnel for a permanent position in Saint Herblain. This is a new role created to strengthen the design and qualification team. You will join Mickael, the manager, accompanied by 5 fellow functional analysts.

Your main missions:

• Take full responsibility for analysis (modeling and specifications) within the framework of specific development, package development, or package integration.
• Write the analysis report in collaboration with the internal or external client.
• Model processes and data.
• Write or validate technical and operational documentation.
• Ensure the tracking of versions of functional analysis sheets.

What we're looking for:

• Successful experience of a minimum of 4 to 5 years in a functional analyst role, with a software vendor or in a company.
• Experience working with software solutions and/or ERPs.
• Good understanding of IT systems.
• Recognized for your synthesis skills and rigor, qualities essential for analysis and conceptualization phases.
• Empathy with future users, enabling the development of truly functional applications.
• Proficiency in organizational techniques and mastery of design methods, standards, and tools.
• Ability to work in a team and establish links between different project stakeholders.
