Within the Strategy, Innovation, and Mergers & Acquisitions Department, you will be a full member of the management team, actively contributing to the execution of varied, high-stakes, and innovative projects with a significant level of responsibility.
Your Missions
- Contribute to the execution of the strategic plan (conduct market research, conduct macroeconomic analyses, ensure competitive intelligence, analyze internal data, participate in strategic reviews and projects)
- Participate in the development of the Corporate Venture Capital fund (monitor holdings, analyze new investment opportunities, contribute to investment execution)
- Occasionally intervene on M&A projects (participate in acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships)
During these missions, you will work with the team's various project managers on Allianz France's numerous business areas, in close collaboration with all Allianz France departments for presentations to stakeholders at the General Management level, and/or the Allianz Group.
Your Profile
- In the 2nd year of a gap year or end of studies
- Team spirit, and strong autonomy
- Proactive, hardworking and curious
- Ability to manage multiple subjects in parallel for different project managers
- Excellent analytical, writing, and synthesis skills
- High rigor, comfortable with numbers
- Sense of confidentiality
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Powerpoint and Excel
- Perfect command of French and good command of English
A previous 6-month internship experience in consulting or within a strategic or financial department is highly appreciated.
