In a context of increasing activity and complexity of Supply Chain flows within the COI MECA, reliable data exploitation becomes a key issue for operational performance.

To strengthen the business teams (planning, scheduling, production), the COI MECA is creating a position dedicated to the structuring, analysis, and consistency of Supply Chain data.

The Operational Analyst Data Supply Chain COI Mechanical will have the main mission of ensuring data reliability and value, while supporting teams in their daily activities and planning exercises.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve steering tools (Excel, Power BI) to ensure reliability and adequacy with business needs.
• Support planning and production teams by providing analyses, data extractions, and operational support.
• Design and develop new reporting and steering tools, automating recurring tasks and proposing adapted dashboards.
• Be proactive in improving processes, supporting users, harmonizing practices, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the Supply Chain through data.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (data, Supply Chain, industrial management, engineering, or equivalent)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and good knowledge of Power BI; SAP is a plus
• Solid ability to manipulate and analyze data
• Strong service orientation, rigor, organizational skills, analytical and synthesis skills
• Interpersonal skills, autonomy, and proactivity
• Experience in Supply Chain, data, or process improvement, with a preference for operational support or team mentoring
