We are looking for an Analyst in Quality Assurance and Testing, who is meticulous and has practical experience with qTest and Tosca Tricentis tools. The ideal person for this role will have a solid understanding of software testing methodologies, test automation frameworks, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate closely with developers, business experts, and management to ensure our applications meet high standards of reliability and performance. You will also be responsible for the administration and optimization of our testing tools.

This is a hybrid position that requires flexibility to work in different offices as needed.
Responsibilities
YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders to define testing strategies, acceptance criteria, and automation frameworks.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and contribute to problem resolution using qTest and Jira.
- Maintain best practices in quality assurance processes and test tool usage.
- Train teams on creating and updating test scripts in qTest.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Over five years of experience in test automation and quality assurance.
- Hands-on experience with qTest for test management or with Tosca Tricentis for test automation.
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulousness.
- Experience or knowledge of AI in quality intelligence and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
