The Role

We are looking for an expert Web Analyst capable of embracing a data-driven approach and supporting business teams in decision-making for one of our clients.

Your Profile

You are recognized for:

• Significant experience in Web Analytics, with a real ability to leverage data to generate actionable insights
• Ability to thrive in a complex retail / omnichannel environment
• Analytical mindset, rigor, and autonomy
• Interpersonal skills to interact with multidisciplinary teams (product, business, technical)
• Aptitude for supporting and facilitating a data culture
• Ability to simplify technical subjects for non-experts

Mission Context

You will be involved in a strategic internal portal, intended for store employees, equivalent to an e-commerce site in its complexity and usage. This portal is intended to be deployed internationally and to centralize all user journeys related to point-of-sale activity.

Data mastery for this product is a key challenge for:

• Understanding user usage and behaviors
• Aiding business decision-making
• Driving the group's omnichannel transformation

In this context, you will:

• Join a team of Web Analytics experts
• Work closely with product and business teams
• Contribute to structuring and ensuring the reliability of data collection
• Analyze user journeys and propose concrete recommendations
• Actively participate in promoting a data culture within the teams
• Collaborative, user-oriented work environment with a strong product culture and attention to the quality of exchanges.
