Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.
Job Description
Works closely with the Lead and Team of Marketing & Sales Services and Established support individual contributor that executes tasks that are typically routine, with some deviation from standard practice. Accomplishes duties related to assigned contracts and service agreements, from providing administrative and organizational support, through assisting with the implementation of contract administration processes and contract management systems. Contributes to the fulfilment of contracted terms and ensures the recording and documentation of all contract related data.
Responsibilities
- Maintains a functional knowledge of tender Management, contracts and service agreements to promote customer awareness and understanding of applicable product features, business practices, and associated contractual implications.
- Coordinates efficient and effective customer communications and contract management by ensuring all contract related information is stored locally.
- Helps review current contract administration and management processes and contributes to the implementation of new policies and process optimizations.
- Ensures the compliance and fulfillment of contracted terms by communicating with the business unit team members and relevant cross-functional personnel.
- Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson's Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
