In this role, you combine classic retail and panel expertise with modern, data driven price optimization and loyalty card data analytics and act as a strategic consulting partner for our clients.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Retailer Consulting & Analytics (approx. 50%)

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with assigned retail clients in line with contractual agreements

Cross-functional Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the operational day-to-day business as well as ongoing and new client projects
  • Plan and prioritize activities, identify new project opportunities, and support growth initiatives in collaboration with the Retailer Sales Team
  • Work closely with internal teams to align customer activities and continuously deepen knowledge of NielsenIQ tools and solutions

A Little Bit About You:

  • Several years of professional experience (ideally 5–8 years) in Retail, Pricing, Category Management, Consulting, or Analytics
  • Experience working with retail KPIs, pricing logics, and analytical decision-making models

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable business insights and recommendations
  • Very good understanding of client needs and a high quality standard for consulting and deliverables
  • Prior experience with NielsenIQ (or comparable) retail panel solutions as well as pricing or optimization tools is a plus
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills, quick adaptability to new tools and concepts, and confidence working with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Structured, self-driven working style with strong persuasion, project management, and self-organization skills
  • Willingness to travel, especially for on-site client support after go-live phases
  • Strong team spirit and enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • 30 days of paid vacation
  • Mentoring: Dedicated onboarding support and high-quality feedback during the onboarding phase
  • Training: Comprehensive training program within the Global Customer Success Academy and access to a broad learning portal
  • Work-Life Balance: Flexible working hours, time-tracking account, and hybrid working model
  • Career Development: Excellent local and international growth and development opportunities
