Mine Laboratory Technician

Role

As a Mine Laboratory Technician, you will gather key information by performing chemical analysis, physical tests, and various analytical observations. The test results will evaluate the quality and efficiency of the mining and processing of a large-scale mining project.

Requirements

• Five plus years of work experience as a Lab Technician in the mining sector
• Post-secondary certification as an Engineering Technologist (chemistry, geology, metallurgy studies preferred)
• Site-based lab experience (fire assay, wet lab, instrumentation, AA, ICP, etc.)
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada, including holding any required permits.
