Responsibilities
- Building, further developing, and operating a central analytics stack with data pipelines for currently five subsidiaries
- Consolidating data, metrics, and reports across multiple companies
- Modeling data in the warehouse (Postgres / Azure Warehouse) with a focus on clear, maintainable data models
- Defining, documenting, and implementing company-wide KPIs
- Creating and further developing Power BI reports for product, management, and finance use cases
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a business intelligence environment, preferably in a software or tech company
- Strong hands-on mentality and enjoyment in building pipelines, models, and reports yourself
- Very good understanding of business contexts and numerical logic
- Experience working at the interface between tech, product, and finance
- Very good SQL skills and experience with Python in an analytics context
- Experience working with modern analytics stacks (e.g., with dbt, Airflow, cloud warehouses)
- Fluent German (C2) and fluent English (C1) in spoken and written form
- High communication skills: you can clearly explain complex issues and engage different stakeholders
