About the Role

We are seeking an Analytics Specialist to join our team in Linz. This role is crucial for driving data-informed decisions across the organization. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies that cover key performance indicators.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns in data.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc).
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
• BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.
