Anaplan Solutions Architect

Overview

As an Anaplan Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in transforming client organizations by delivering advisory and implementation services tailored to their unique business needs. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate full life cycle implementations, including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design, and transformation objectives.
• Configure applications and conduct thorough iterative unit testing.
• Develop training materials and quick reference guides to enhance user adoption.
• Conduct engaging training sessions to prepare end users for successful deployment.
• Provide post-production support and troubleshooting as needed.
• Assist in identifying business requirements, functional design, and process design, including scenario design and flow mapping.
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours and utilization rates.
• Travel as needed, with expected travel up to 40%.
• Work at least two days per week in-person at a GT office or client site, in line with the firm’s hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a consulting role across various industries.
• Successful completion of at least 4 full life cycle implementations of Anaplan.
• Industry-recognized professional certification required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, metrics, and reporting.
• Experience with application integration and back-end data connectivity.
• Experience with Infor Applications installation/configuration/implementation.
• Familiarity with Anaplan Applications, with exposure or training in the platform.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, time-sensitive projects.
• Strong leadership abilities: capable of conducting meetings and producing technical documentation.
• Expertise in working with clients to assess current processes and define future state processes aligned with business objectives.
