Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Android Automotive OS (AAOS) Engineer with strong experience in Android OS, Kotlin/Java, and preferably Android Automotive OS (AAOS) or projection systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of automotive Android applications through robust automation and testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Android/AAOS-based applications
• Perform API test automation and UI automation testing
• Validate system behavior across projection platforms and automotive environments
• Identify, debug, and track defects using tools like JIRA
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases
• Integrate and maintain tests within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab)
• Analyze logs, network calls, and system behavior for deep debugging
• Ensure compliance with performance, stability, and usability standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 8 years of experience in QA/Test Engineering
• Strong knowledge of Android OS, Core Java, and Kotlin
• Experience with Android Automotive OS (AAOS) or mobile projection systems (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with:
  • API Automation Testing
  • UI Automation frameworks (Espresso, Appium, etc.)
• Familiarity with:
  • Git (version control)
  • JIRA (defect tracking)
  • CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab
