In the Digital Solutions & Consulting department, the teams Digital Projects, IT Consulting & Requirements Engineering, and Digital Development, as well as Solution and Application Managers, are based. The core mission includes the implementation of the BORA ecosystem, including the development, implementation, and operation of digital products, services, and platforms. These include, among others, the BORA App, Website, or the B2C Online Shop. Furthermore, Digital Solutions & Consulting acts as an internal service provider for concept creation and the implementation of complex IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Development and introduction of native Android apps based on Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
• Consulting with internal stakeholders regarding requirements, conception, and possible implementation
• Coordination and management of external partners in the implementation and further development of the Joy App and other apps
• Conception and implementation of innovative functions within the team, including seamless integration into the existing IoT world
• Close collaboration in an agile environment with mobile developers, UX designers, and product owners
• Conducting code reviews and creating documentation

Qualifications

• Several years of practical experience in the development of Android apps
• Experience with Jetpack Compose, Clean Architecture, modularization, Coroutines/Flow, Dependency Injection with Koin
• Knowledge of Kotlin Multiplatform is an advantage, but not strictly necessary
• You bring the necessary passion to develop seamless native app experiences and appealing UIs as one of the most important factors of our user experience
• Ideally, experience with BLE for IoT devices
• Knowledge of automated tests and CI/CD pipelines
• High degree of initiative and a structured way of working
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

Salary Information

For legal reasons, we are obliged to state the collective agreement minimum wage for this position, which is €2,633.77 gross per month for a 40h/week. The actual salary is based on our attractive, performance-oriented salary structure and is significantly higher depending on qualifications.
