Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin
• Proficiency with Android Jetpack components and MVVM architecture
• Solid understanding of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
• Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with modern Android architecture patterns
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques
• Experience in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
