About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team at Schwarz Digits. In this role, you will be responsible for creating web-based user interfaces using Angular, enabling our clients to efficiently manage their Cloud services (XaaS). You will be involved in the entire project lifecycle—from initial conception and technical implementation to successful deployment and ongoing enhancement. Collaborating closely with UI and UX designers, you will translate complex workflows into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Your focus on high-quality software development will ensure robust, maintainable, and accessible solutions that meet modern standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work at the intersection of innovation, security, and user-centric design within a global team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing with TypeScript and Angular, or a willingness to transition from comparable frameworks such as React or Vue.
• Strong understanding of Single Page Application (SPA) architecture and best practices.
• Commitment to clean code principles, with experience in unit testing frameworks such as Jest or Playwright, and a focus on accessibility standards.
• Ideally, experience with NX monorepo architecture and Redux state management.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes and tools.
• Active participation in frontend communities, with a proactive approach to technical topics and knowledge sharing.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both in meetings and technical discussions; German language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop web-based user interfaces using Angular to enable clients to manage their Cloud services effectively.
• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial design and technical implementation to deployment and future iterations.
• Collaborate closely with UI and UX designers to convert complex workflows into intuitive and accessible user experiences.
• Ensure high software quality through adherence to clean code standards, and implement automated testing strategies including unit and integration tests.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality, performance, and security best practices.
• Develop technical concepts and contribute to technology decision-making, including pattern selection and implementation strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend development trends and incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
