About the role
Responsable Pré Pariset brings together three medico-social establishments (EMS) located on 3 sites in the city of Pully, with a total of 132 beds. It employs 240 people. Our mission is to support elderly people with a loss of autonomy, in long and short stays, as well as in our temporary reception center. We also manage a public restaurant, le Delta, with 54 seats.
To complete our management team, we are opening a position for a Manager at 80%.
You are a dynamic, open-minded person and have a clear interest in the development of socio-cultural activities in a multidisciplinary medico-social environment. With a positive attitude, you demonstrate initiative. You have the ability to work autonomously and in a team and you lead by example.
As a manager, you work in close collaboration with the managers of the other sectors, thus actively contributing to our institutional project All together. You guarantee the quality of services to residents as well as a welcoming living environment.
Main missions
- Be the guarantor of the institution's socio-cultural activities
- Lead and manage a team of about fifteen people (including apprentices, civil servants, and external staff)
- Actively contribute to the support of residents as well as the monitoring of their individual project, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Be present in the field with teams and residents in order to encourage, support, and lead by example
- As a manager, you participate in important decisions of the institution as well as in the development and monitoring of your sector's budget, in support of your department head, the socio-hotel manager
Profile
- HES/ES social or socio-cultural diploma
- Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
- Benevolent, dynamic, organized, and flexible personality
- Inspiring leader, customer-oriented, and marked interest in the medico-social sector and the elderly
- Recognized for professional skills, and mastery of computer tools (Microsoft Office, SADIES suite, etc.)
