To support its growth, Treezor is looking for a Technical Writer (H/F).
Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will ensure the maintenance of Treezor's public documentation in English. You will hold a cross-functional position, collaborating closely with internal teams and supporting squads from specifications to feature delivery. Content reviews for interfaces are also expected.
Responsibilities
Your main missions will be:
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand new features and improvements and update documentation accordingly, within deadlines.
- Transform technical information into accessible documentation, both complete and understandable for a wide range of users.
- Create step-by-step instructions, screenshots, diagrams, and other visual aids to facilitate user understanding.
- Maintain the technical stack of the documentation site (version upgrades) with the support of your technical referent and the Product Designer.
- Review product & API specifications to optimize the developer experience (error messages, field names, structure).
- Proofread technical specifications and interface content to ensure grammatical cohesion and correct English level.
Qualifications
Here are the prerequisites for this position:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer, with prior experience in documenting REST APIs.
- Proficiency in doc-as-code (VitePress), Git, Postman, OpenAPI specifications.
- Excellent writing skills in English and ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work closely with technical teams and translate complex information into easily understandable documentation.
- Organizational and time management skills to meet publication deadlines.
- Knowledge of the payment industry would be appreciated.
