About the role

Together with your team, you develop sophisticated apps.
You are responsible for the entire process: from requirements analysis and conception in close collaboration with our clients, through architecture, to deployment and code reviews.
As an experienced developer, you are the point of contact for new technologies and create genuine added value through strategic thinking.
Software Development
Software Design and Architecture
Effort estimates
Sprint Planning
Testing
Deployment
Support in requirements gathering
Coordination of the UI design with the design team
Mentoring of junior developers

Basic knowledge of backend development with Spring, Quarkus, or similar frameworks
Basic knowledge of DevOps, CI, and automated testing (UI, integration, and unit tests)
Part-time (30 hours per week) possible, but availability on at least 4 days per week is required.
Efficient and diligent work with AI agents and tools
Solid foundational knowledge in Security & Privacy
Teamwork skills, because we solve our clients' requirements as a team.
High degree of autonomy because we make decisions independently.
Analytical thinking to understand our clients well

Flexibility, as we have a wide variety of projects in various fields.

Experience in cross-platform app development with React Native + Expo and TypeScript
Experience with software architecture, specifically in the app / frontend area (declarative UIs, state management, separation of concerns)
Relevant practical experience (minimum 3 years)
Experience in developing native iOS apps with Swift
Experience in developing native Android apps with Kotlin
Experience in cross-platform development with Flutter, KMP, or similar.
Usability / UX experience
Experience with customer contact to communicate with clients on equal footing.
