Apple Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for an Apple Infrastructure Engineer to support and scale our macOS and iOS/iPadOS environment. You’ll act as a subject matter expert for Apple endpoint management, partnering cross‑functionally to deliver a secure, seamless end‑user experience across a geographically distributed organization.

What You’ll Do

• Own macOS and iOS/iPadOS device management lifecycle (Jamf Pro)
• Support zero‑touch deployments, policies, configuration profiles, OS upgrades, and app deployment
• Provide production support for Apple endpoints at enterprise scale
• Build and maintain automation using Bash, PowerShell, and Graph API
• Improve endpoint security, documentation, and operational processes
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members and support continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of Enterprise Mobility Management experience (macOS / iOS / iPadOS)
• Strong hands‑on experience with Jamf Pro
• Experience with Entra ID and Microsoft 365
• Scripting experience (Bash, PowerShell, Graph API) with version control
• Experience deploying security policies, OS updates, and vulnerability remediation
• Solid understanding of endpoint and Microsoft security best practices
