For our team, we are looking for reinforcement starting August 1, 2026, or as soon as possible.

Your Role

• Ensure the operation of all medical applications in the fields of radiology, nuclear medicine, pathology, and laboratory medicine, be responsible for 2nd level support, and drive their continuous development in close cooperation with internal stakeholders.
• Gather requirements from specialist departments, analyze processes, and actively shape optimizations and practical solutions in the clinical environment.
• Coordinate changes, service requests, releases, tests, rollouts, and training, ensuring structured, high-quality, and practical implementation in the clinical environment.
• Actively shape interfaces, integrations, and data flows, contribute requirements in demand and requirements management, and promote knowledge exchange and documentation within the team.

Your Experience

• Completed studies or training in computer science, medical informatics, or business informatics, as well as experience in application management, business analysis, or process management; knowledge of the healthcare sector and interface and integration management are advantageous. Good English skills or experience in professional exchange in English are desirable.
• Think networked, recognize optimization potential in complex processes, and translate technical requirements into practical solutions.
• Communicate clearly and in a target-group-oriented manner, and navigate confidently in exchanges with users, specialist departments, suppliers, and internal IT departments.
• Act independently, set priorities securely in a dynamic environment, and act solution-oriented and reliably even under high pressure.
