We are seeking an experienced Application/Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and integrated technology solutions. This role is responsible for defining application and web-based architectures, evaluating technology options, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives, government standards, and industry best practices. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in cloud or SaaS implementations, complex system integrations, and translating business requirements into robust technical architectures, ideally within regulated or public sector environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and define application and web-based architectures aligned with business requirements.
- Analyze requirements, evaluate technology options, and recommend solutions.
- Ensure integration across systems, platforms, and external interfaces.
- Develop and document system standards, interfaces, data structures, and technical designs.
- Assess the impact of new requirements on existing applications.
- Validate implementations against approved architectures and specifications.
- Monitor industry and government technology trends.
- Support post‑implementation monitoring and architectural stability.
Required
- 7+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
- 5+ years of experience with cloud or SaaS software adoption and implementations
- Experience with legal registry systems (e.g., corporate, land title, property) preferred
- Experience with financial systems, including grants and loans preferred
- Experience integrating with ERP or accounting platforms
- Experience with identity and access management technologies (e.g., authentication services, SAML), particularly in the public sector preferred
Compensation
$85.00 - $95.00 per hour ( not applicable to independent consultants)
