We need to develop a mobile application with persistence features such that the app cannot be uninstalled, even after a hard reset. In case the application gets uninstalled after a hard reset, the app should have functionality that triggers certain system-level instances on the device, restricting phone usage (e.g., screen freeze) and repeatedly sending notifications to prompt re-download of the application.
