Your Impact

You’ll take ownership of a central Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) platform, ensuring the seamless flow of data across development, testing, and validation processes.

Your work will directly support engineering teams in delivering high-quality, compliant medical products.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and optimising a leading Engineering Lifecycle Management platform (IBM ELM)
• Supporting Requirements Engineering (DOORS Next) & Test Management modules
• Acting as a key contact for 2nd & 3rd level support across engineering teams
• Collaborating with external cloud partners to ensure stable system operations
• Driving continuous improvements across tools, workflows, and integrations
• Supporting DevOps & infrastructure-related topics within the platform
• Coordinating between IT, engineering teams, and external stakeholders
• Delivering training and enabling users to get the most out of the platform

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in application management, system operations, or similar environments
• Experience with ALM / PLM tools (e.g. IBM ELM, DOORS, Polarion) is highly advantageous
• Understanding of cloud, infrastructure, or DevOps environments
• Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
• Passion for supporting users and improving systems
• Business proficient German & English
