Role

The position is located in Büdingen, east of Frankfurt, or can be worked from home from selected locations in Germany, with a close connection to Turkey and high travel activity.

Responsibilities

• We support and strengthen our application team for OE customers in Turkey as Application Engineer.
• We act as the first technical point of contact for our local customers in all project phases.
• We coordinate closely with the respective customer support team (KAM and AE).
• We support the creation of offers and the coordination between customer and account team for project planning and project management.
• We are responsible for the communication, coordination, and documentation of technical changes with the customers.
• We support customer visits and audits at our EXIDE locations, as well as quality and warranty issues and analyses with customers.
• We are in regular exchange with customers about trends and roadmaps for future NV battery applications.
• We are regularly on-site at our customers' Turkish locations.

Requirements

• Completed technical university or university of applied sciences degree.
• Professional experience in the automotive OEM sector with a focus on OE project management.
• Fluent English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
• We are looking for a team player with the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing at all levels.
• High degree of independence, reliability, and initiative.
• Class B driver's license.
• Willingness to travel in the EMEA region with a focus on Turkey (approx. 50-70%).
