Application Lead

trak group is partnering with a growing organization in West Chester, OH to place an Application Lead—a high-visibility role for a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives at the intersection of business and IT. You'll own a portfolio of business-critical applications, serve as the go-to expert for stakeholders across the organization, and play a meaningful role in how technology gets used, supported, and improved.

Position Details:

• Location: West Chester, OH, 100% On-Site
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Employment Type: Direct Hire
• Compensation: $40–$45/hour

What You'll Own:

• End-to-end application ownership covering configuration, workflows, integrations, and business usage
• First-line support for business users: guidance, troubleshooting, and proactive communication on issues and upcoming changes
• Issue triage and cross-functional coordination with IT Operations, vendors, and Product teams through to resolution
• Release and change support including validating configurations, coordinating testing, and ensuring stakeholders are prepared
• Application documentation, FAQs, and support guides that drive self-service and reduce friction
• Feedback loop to Product Management on enhancement opportunities and user pain points

What You'll Bring:

• Background in application ownership, systems analysis, or IT business analysis
• Strong documentation skills
• Ability to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders with clarity
• Experience supporting application releases, configurations, and integrations
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities across cross-functional teams
• Experience in a structured IT or product environment preferred
