The work offers a wide range of opportunities and includes not only ensuring application operations but also contributing to further development projects. Our team is part of an agile organization, from which we support our customers in German and English. We maintain close contact with our colleagues and customers and meet twice a week on-site.
Since we focus on both banking and technical expertise, entry is possible from both sides.
Job Highlights
- Support for our customer applications (e.g., eBanking, CRM, Self-Onboarding, and other individual applications), including all associated interfaces and peripheral systems.
- Ensuring the proper operation and further development of applications within the scope of implementing changes and projects.
- Coordination of customers, internal stakeholders, and suppliers.
Your Skills
- Completed vocational training in Information Technology or Banking.
- Further training or university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Experience with banking platforms (e.g., Finnova or ti&m digital banking), preferably as an Application Manager or a banking professional with a strong affinity for IT.
- Communicative personality.
- Customer-oriented.
- Experience with Linux, OpenShift, databases is an advantage.
- Fluent German and good English skills.
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty.
