Role

You work at the interface between business and IT, translating requirements from the Swiss healthcare industry into concrete system configurations. You will support operations, analyze disruptions, and accompany requirements throughout the entire implementation process.

Responsibilities

• Recording and analysis of business requirements
• Implementation via customizing (Adcubum Syrius)
• Analysis of errors with Splunk and SQL
• Ensuring application operation
• Conducting tests and supporting test automation
• Collaboration with customers, IT, and system suppliers

Qualifications

• Computer science or business informatics education
• Initial experience with business applications / parameterization
• Interest in the Swiss healthcare industry
• Analytical and structured working style
• Team player, communicative, and eager to learn
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken
