Application Manager (m/w/d) HR-Systeme

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the IT technical and process-related further development of the existing HR system landscape.
• Together with the IT project manager, you drive IT-HR projects forward.
• Your area of responsibility ranges from requirements analysis to the implementation of HR tools into the existing application landscape.
• Subsequently, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the systems and support for users in 1st and 2nd level support.
• You will introduce Workday as a new HCM system and establish it.
• In doing so, you act as a reliable interface between the specialist department, internal IT, and external service providers.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed an IT-related degree or a comparable qualification.
• You already have professional experience in IT and application management, especially in the introduction of new software.
• Furthermore, you have a deep understanding of processes, sound IT know-how, and enthusiasm for the HR field.
• You enjoy working hand in hand in a team, act with absolute reliability, and keep a cool head even in busy times.
• Structured and efficient work in projects or within work packages is one of your strengths.
• You have strong communication skills.
• Your German language skills are very good.
