Your Challenge

• Take responsibility for modern business applications
  • Technical responsibility for one or more business applications throughout their entire lifecycle
  • Ensuring stable and secure operation
  • Contributing to the further development of operating processes and technical standards
  • Contributing to the optimization and professionalization of application management
• Technology operation and further development
  • Ensuring ongoing operation, including monitoring, interfaces, and system interdependencies
  • Participating in releases, testing, technical acceptance, and troubleshooting
  • Further developing and optimizing existing applications and operating models
  • Contributing ideas on topics such as automation and modern operating approaches
• Shape application management and digitalization
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participation in incident and support processes (2nd Level)
  • Involvement in cross-departmental digitalization and improvement initiatives
  • Shaping a modern and future-oriented application management environment

Your Qualities and Talents

• Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or an MINT subject (University/University of Applied Sciences/Higher Vocational Training)
• 3+ years of professional experience in technical application management or a comparable field (including experience gained during studies)
• Experience in operating and further developing complex business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, ECM)
• Good knowledge of databases and interfaces (e.g., Oracle, SQL, MySQL)
• Initial experience with agile working methods is desirable
• You exercise ownership, make proactive decisions, actively shape your scope of action, and take responsibility for your results
• You have a drive for innovation and are always solution-oriented and quality-conscious
• You foster cohesion and an open feedback culture, where you and your team achieve ambitious goals together
• Very good German skills (understanding Swiss German) and good English skills
