We currently hold sizable Government accounts in the San Francisco bay area including City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County.

Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop understanding of the business environment and use that understanding to make informed decisions and drive results.
- Define program goals and objectives for LADOTD modernization.
- Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs and projects on time and within budget.
- Manage risks and communicate project status.
- Ensure compliance with LADOTD and State standards.
- Provide day-to-day support for ongoing processes.
- Conduct ongoing evaluation and improvements for processes, providing data analysis support for the agency's workload demands.
- Manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure program and project goals are met.
- Ensure compliance with program management processes and standards.
- Provide ongoing evaluation and improvements for program management processes and practices.
- Provide day-to-day support for ongoing processes.
Mandatory Skills
- Ten (10) plus years of experience in
- Program or project management, preferably application development
- IT strategy, infrastructure design, and operational support for multi-site organizations
- Business continuity planning and application migration
- Application and process modernization
- Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to senior management and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
Desirable Skills
- Experience with change management and process improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and data management technologies
