Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

The Full Stack Developer is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of business applications—design, development, deployment, and operations. This role must ensure high availability and near 100% uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Design and maintain frontend and backend components using React, Angular, Java/JBoss, Python, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• DevSecOps Integration: Leverage automated processes to triage and mitigate security vulnerabilities in coordination with the security team.
• CI/CD Implementation: Utilize tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Datadog to implement robust continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in an agile environment, collaborating with architecture teams and following US Web Design Standards.
• Scripting: Write deployment and maintenance scripts in Python and Unix Shell.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in an IT, IS or technology discipline from an accredited post-secondary education institution.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of programming experience.
• Minimum 5 years working in software teams leveraging DevSecOps, building and managing cloud-hosted applications.
• Experience with service-oriented architecture, web services, and APIs.
• Strong focus on achieving value for business objectives.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong background in Java, Python, AWS, MySQL, PostgreSQL, JBoss, Spark, React, Angular, Spark, and Vault.

Security Requirements

• Investigation: Must undergo a Tier 2S Investigation (Moderate Risk Background) with a favorable outcome.
• Citizenship/Access: Must be eligible for Homeland Security Presidential Directive (HSPD)-12 security processing and PIV card issuance.
