About the role
About
You strengthen the technical 2nd level for internal applications and specifically relieve development teams of support and operations tasks. Your focus is on analysis, stabilization, and clean triage, not on feature development.
What you can achieve
- Analysis of error messages from the 1st level
- Direct resolution of incidents or structured triage to the 3rd level
- Technical coordination of measures for troubleshooting and communication with the relevant parties
- Monitoring and analysis of applications and systems
- Configuration of simple infrastructure and system components
- Maintenance and further development of system documentation
What you bring
- Several years of experience in application support, system engineering, or IT operations
- Very good technical understanding of application landscapes and system interrelationships
- Experience in log analysis and monitoring (e.g., Elastic Stack / Kibana advantageous)
- Basic knowledge of Linux/container or platform environments desirable
- Experience with CI/CD or platform tools advantageous (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, OpenShift, Argo, Artifactory, SonarQube)
