Application Support SME

About

We are seeking an Application Support SME (Subject Matter Expert) in Site Reliability Engineering, and regulatory financial systems.

This role is critical for ensuring the stability, performance, and compliance of applications supporting FED reporting, our Company’s Balance Sheet reporting, and Firm Capital Reporting.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience (open to new grads)
• Basic understanding of investment banking systems, automation, observability, and regulatory reporting tools
• Ability to lead critical projects and self learning

Schedule

The Application Support role requires flexibility to work on a rotational schedule that includes holidays, weekends, and second shifts. Candidates must be prepared to provide critical support during these periods to ensure system stability and timely issue resolution. In recognition of this commitment, compensatory time off will be provided for any weekend or holiday work performed.
