Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and consultation for product integration and application within manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to define customer requirements and propose optimal technical solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct product demonstrations, pilot projects, and proof-of-concept tests to validate solutions for specific manufacturing applications.
• Develop and deliver technical training sessions and documentation for customers on product usage and best practices in manufacturing.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to product performance and integration on production lines.
• Contribute to the creation of application notes, technical specifications, and user manuals for manufacturing‑focused products.
• Assist customers with the implementation and optimization of new equipment and software in their manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and industrial equipment.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and simulation tools.
• Excellent technical communication, presentation, and customer‑facing skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities to diagnose and resolve technical challenges.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial automation systems (PLCs, robotics, SCADA).
• Proficiency in a scripting language (e.g., Python) for data analysis or custom tool development.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Prior experience with CAD/CAM software or simulation tools.
