About
The Application Engineering Associate Manager role is responsible for leading the 1LMX MES Acceleration Team in the development of application solutions for capability enablement within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) ecosystems. This development is the cornerstone for successfully enabling LM Aero Operation’s business transformation for all Lines of Businesses and programs.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead a technical team of Application Engineers who are developing MES solutions for 1LMX Aero business transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership for alignment on scope and strategy execution for operations capability development.
- Ability to lead a team that has team members based across Aero’s main sites.
- Personnel management tasks including staffing, training, work assignments, and performance reviews.
- Providing leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, recruit, and mentor team members.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical discipline
- Aerospace and Defense experience
- Experience in manufacturing systems, requirements, and methods
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM, TeamCenter or 3DX) experience
- Manufacturing Execution Systems (iBASEt, Apriso) experience
- Knowledge/experience of 1LMX program initiatives/efforts
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a semi-virtual team.
- Working knowledge of Agile processes
- Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership competencies
