What You’ll Do:

• Build and deploy AI systems that understand financial data, business context, and market dynamics
• Design retrieval pipelines to extract insights from unstructured sources like PDFs, emails, and presentations
• Develop agentic workflows for benchmarking, analysis, and financial reasoning
• Create and maintain knowledge graphs to model complex relationships across data
• Establish evaluation frameworks to measure and improve AI performance
• Ensure traceability from AI outputs to original data sources
• Iterate based on user feedback and deploy production-ready systems end-to-end

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, or applied AI engineering
• Strong expertise in LLMs, RAG systems, and agent-based workflows
• Experience building evaluation frameworks and working with retrieval systems or embeddings
• Interest in financial markets or a strong willingness to learn
