Applied AI Engineer – Intelligent Systems & Automation [33095]

Overview

We are looking for highly skilled engineers with strong experience in applied artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, and next-generation AI applications. In this role, you will partner with teams across the organization to design and deliver impactful AI-driven solutions that improve workflows, enhance analysis, and enable faster, smarter decision-making.

This position offers the opportunity to work on early-stage initiatives, build from the ground up, and influence how AI technologies are adopted and scaled across a complex environment.

What You’ll Work On

• Collaborate with stakeholders across different domains to understand challenges and develop tailored AI-powered tools and intelligent systems
• Design and implement autonomous or semi-autonomous applications that address real-world use cases with measurable impact
• Lead and contribute to new AI initiatives, taking ideas from initial concept through development and deployment
• Rapidly evaluate and integrate emerging AI models, tools, and frameworks into practical applications
• Develop reusable components, internal frameworks, and best practices that support broader adoption of AI capabilities
• Build and maintain core systems such as agent architectures, modular capabilities (“skills”), and scalable retrieval or knowledge systems
• Contribute to shared infrastructure that enables efficient development and deployment of AI-driven applications across teams
• Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and usability

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with a strong background in software engineering
• Proven experience building and scaling AI-powered systems at a product, platform, or organizational level
• Solid understanding of modern AI concepts, with hands-on exposure to building advanced applications or frameworks
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, technically demanding, or entrepreneurial environments
• Demonstrated track record of solving complex problems and delivering projects from idea to production
• Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and technical depth in AI-related work
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
